Who we are

We are the Bridge Neighbourhood Plan Committee.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

As this is a community plan, it is important that the whole community be allowed to review and submit comments on it. Every comment received has to be considered and responded to and then recorded in the Consultation Statement.

In order to validate comments, it is important to understand who submitted the comment and how to respond. For obvious reasons, anonymous comments cannot be seriously considered. Comments shall generally only be considered if made by members of the community covered by the plan; generally speaking those who live and work in the parish.

All the information submitted shall be visible to the members of the Neighbourhood Plan Committee and recorded in the Consultation Statement; comments shall be anonymised before being publicly published. Following the completion of the project, any information that is not recorded with the official plan records shall be deleted.

Your information will never be published publicly and will never be shared with any third parties.
